Ladders is seeking a GTM Enablement Program Manager - AI Content Infrastructure to shape the strategy and operational foundation for AI-enabled go-to-market content programs that support sales and marketing execution.

The role collaborates across RevOps, AI workflow design, and enablement to build scalable workflows, improve content accuracy, and ensure timely, searchable materials aligned to business priorities. Remote within the US with a focus on scalable AI-driven content.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in technical enablement, GTM operations, RevOps, or AI content management in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with enterprise AI chatbots and agentic workflows.
• Proficient in prompt engineering and LLM behavior.
• Skilled in workflow automation tools and API integrations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and infrastructure for GTM content on the AI chatbot platform
• Design and deploy customized AI skills for real-time enablement materials
• Architect AI workflows for generating customer-facing assets based on deal context
• Maintain workflows that automate feedback loops and ensure content accuracy
• Create a GTM content framework optimized for AI searchability
• Collaborate with leaders to align AI deliverables with business priorities
• Manage the GTM content calendar to sync with sales cycles and marketing campaigns
• Measure effectiveness of AI skills and refine prompt architecture based on feedback
