Zusammenfassung

Brex is seeking a GTM Enablement professional to own the AI-enabled enablement roadmap, build and ship AI tooling for the GTM org, and guide strategic buy/build decisions. You will partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product to drive adoption and impact across the revenue engine.

This hybrid role sits in our Seattle hub with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work, including up to four weeks remote per year. You’ll influence how enablement scales with AI across the GTM stack.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in a role combining hands-on go-to-market (Revenue ops or Enablement) with 1+ year focused on building sales-technology domain work.
• Proven ability to ship production code — not prototypes or internal scripts, but tools that scale enablement.

• Build and standardize GTM’s AI tooling stack and write code for GTM reps.
• Go deep on the sales domain to understand where AI adds real leverage in enablement.
