Job summary

G2, the leading software marketplace, seeks a hands-on GTM/RevOps engineer to architect AI-powered workflows across RevOps, Sales, and Marketing. You will partner with Revenue, Marketing, and CS to build, test, and refine AI-driven processes with guidance from GTM Engineering.

Lead intake, design, and deployment of automated workflows using GPT-4, Claude, and other tooling. Help drive adoption, measure impact, and contribute to strategic build-vs-buy decisions in a fast-growing org.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in RevOps, GTM or a technical role within B2B SaaS GTM.
• Experience integrating AI automation into GTM workflows (lead scoring, pipeline insights, AI summaries, triggers).
• Ability to design and implement workflows with servers and APIs; data flow between systems.
• Hands-on building in platforms like n8n; quick learning in a fluid space.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Snowflake, Looker, or similar tools; cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Document workflow requests with clear specs; escalate scope and priority to GTM Engineer.
• Build and test AI-powered workflows using GPT-4, Claude, n8n, and similar tools; iterate on feedback.
• Apply UX and design principles; choose agentic vs deterministic logic wisely.
• Support pilots and enablement; create docs and train GTM teams.
• Track results: hours saved, pipeline impact, and conversion lifts.
