Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in customer success, client solutions, professional services, or product operations.
• Experience in healthcare services or healthcare tech a plus; familiarity with primary care workflows and value-based contracts.
• Ability to independently scope, map, and navigate complex or ambiguous projects and propose creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Release Management & Coordination: quarterback the product launch lifecycle for assigned portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams to track technology releases and messaging.
• Multi-Channel Asset Development: build, write, and finalize enablement materials; leverage AI tools to scale content while ensuring compliance and review processes.
• Operations & Practice Recruitment: gatekeeper for early-phase testing; formulate criteria, manage recruitment, launch features, and collect beta feedback to de-risk releases.
