Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Manager, Customer Engagement to orchestrate GTM execution for healthcare product launches across diverse portfolios. The role blends clinical application with technical product development, using AI tools to accelerate content and resolve complex blockers.

Remote-ready across the US, you’ll lead cross-functional teams and messaging for successful releases. The position requires a consultative mindset, 5+ years in relevant roles, and familiarity with primary care workflows

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in customer success, client solutions, or product operations.
Familiarity with healthcare services or healthcare tech; primary care workflows and value-based contracts.
Ability to scope, map, and navigate complex projects and propose creative solutions.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Release Management & Coordination across Product, Business, Legal and Field teams.
Develop and finalize enablement materials; leverage AI tools to scale content production.
Act as gatekeeper for early-phase testing; manage recruitment and feedback loops for beta programs.
Schedule and socialize release communications across field and practice channels to drive VBC performance.
