Aledade PBC in the United States seeks a Manager, Customer Engagement to orchestrate GTM execution for product launches, bridging product development and clinical application. You will quarterback end-to-end release lifecycles, coordinate with Product, Legal, and Field teams, and leverage AI tools to scale enablement content while ensuring compliance and field readiness.

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in customer success, client solutions, or product operations.
Experience at a healthcare services or healthcare technology company with primary care workflow familiarity.
Ability to independently scope, map, and navigate complex projects and propose creative solutions.

Responsibilities

End-to-end release management and cross-functional coordination across Product, Legal, and Field teams.
Develop and finalize enablement assets (slides, templates, guides) and scale with AI tools.
Lead beta testing recruitment and feedback loops to de-risk features before GA.
Package and socialize release communications across field channels to support VBC performance.
