Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Manager, Customer Engagement to lead end-to-end GTM launches for product and program portfolios in healthcare. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop messaging, and enable field readiness across clinical and operational stakeholders.

Remote-friendly role across the United States, requiring 5+ years in customer success or healthcare operations, with strong consultative skills and comfort using AI tools to scale enablement content and improve time-to-value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in customer success, client solutions, or product operations.
Experience in healthcare services or healthcare technology, familiar with primary care workflows and value-based care contracts.
Ability to independently scope, map, and navigate complex projects and propose creative solutions.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Release Management & Coordination across Product, Business, Legal, and Field teams to track technology releases and messaging.
Multi-Channel Asset Development: create training slides, newsletters, templates, guides, and knowledge base articles; leverage AI tools to scale content.
Operations & Practice Recruitment: gatekeeper for early-phase testing; define criteria, recruit and launch new features and collect feedback to de-risk releases.
Project Tracking & Channel Socialization: maintain project tracking; socialize release communications across field and practice channels to maximize adoption.
