Job summary

Percona is seeking a GTM Coordinator to support go-to-market execution for our Cloud Native product line, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB Kubernetes Operators. You will assist with launches, campaigns, content, and community programs, while coordinating cross-team activities and assets.

You will help track performance, build GTM assets, and support engagement with partners, customers, and the community in a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing, GTM, or coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders at once.
• Good writing skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A proactive mindset: comfortable asking questions, following up, and keeping things moving without needing every step spelt out.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch logistics for new releases, features, and service offerings: timelines, checklists, cross-team follow-ups, and asset tracking.
• Help build and maintain GTM assets, including web page updates, datasheets, case studies, and sales enablement materials, working from briefs provided by the PMM/GTM Owner.
• Support community, partner, and customer engagement activity, including coordinating interviews, gathering testimonials, and organizing case study material.
• Maintain and organize customer evidence: interview notes, quotes, proof points, and research inputs.
• Track campaign performance data and help prepare reporting on segmentation and demand generation results.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing on scheduling and asset delivery for content, SEO, PPC, email, and social channels.
• Support event and CFP logistics for Kubernetes and database community events (submission tracking, deadlines, speaker coordination)
