Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to plan and execute market-ready launches for new products and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, messaging, and resources to drive adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, product launch, growth marketing, commercialization, or related field.
• Proven experience designing and executing GTM for net-new products and market entry.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan with target audiences, positioning, channels, and measures of success.
• Refine market positioning, messaging, buyer value props, differentiation, and supporting tools for awareness and sales motion.
• Plan market activation and demand-generation using campaigns, conferences, partnerships, and channels.
• Build sales enablement and market-facing resources including case studies, references, and RFP support.
• Translate feedback into GTM decisions to refine messaging and channels.
• Coordinate with agencies, contractors, and internal teams to execute GTM strategy and manage resources.
• Define measures and rhythm to evaluate GTM performance and adjust priorities.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to build a repeatable, scalable growth engine.
