Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to lead planning, coordinating, and executing launch strategies for new products, services, and initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, customer adoption, and strong execution.

The role requires 7+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or related areas, with experience launching net-new products and scaling GTM approaches. Remote work and full-time employment are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan, defining audiences, positioning, channels, programs, and measures of success.
• Develop and refine market positioning, messaging, value propositions, differentiation, and supporting tools for awareness and sales.
• Design and drive market activation and demand-generation approaches across campaigns, conferences, partnerships, and channels.
• Build sales enablement and market-facing resources, including references, case studies, and RFP support.
• Translate feedback into GTM decisions to refine messaging, programs, channels, and priorities.
• Determine capabilities needed to execute the GTM strategy; manage agencies, contractors, and partners with internal stakeholders.
• Define measures and rhythm to evaluate GTM performance and adjust priorities and investments.
• Continuously evaluate GTM approach to build a repeatable, scalable growth engine.
