Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to plan, coordinate and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives. This remote, full-time role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, stakeholder alignment, and customer adoption.

You will develop launch plans, prioritize resources, and align processes and communications to achieve business objectives, delivering scalable launches and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive go-to-market strategy or product marketing experience.
• Experience designing and executing GTM for a net-new product.
• Experience taking a new product from pre-launch to market entry.
• Understanding of positioning, demand generation, enablement, and channels.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners to execute GTM.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan, defining audiences, positioning, channels, programs, milestones, and success measures.
• Refine market messaging, buyer value propositions, differentiation, and supporting tools.
• Drive market activation and demand-generation through campaigns, events, partnerships, and cross-sell initiatives.
• Build sales enablement resources, including references, case studies, and procurement support.
• Translate market feedback into GTM decisions and adjust messaging and priorities.
• Scope and manage agencies, contractors, and partners, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Define metrics and operating rhythms to evaluate GTM performance and iterate.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to build a scalable growth engine.
