Job summary

Nava is seeking a Go-to-Market Analyst to help connect Business Development, Delivery, Comms, and Solutions as the GTM function scales. You will execute outbound campaigns, design lightweight workflows, and leverage AI to speed up research, drafting, and prototyping with careful human review.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in GTM/RevOps roles within government contracting, plus experience in automation tools and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in a GTM/growth/RevOps or business development analyst role, including federal/state/local government contracting.
• Experience designing/building workflows or light automations that connect tools or teams.
• Clear judgment on AI-assisted work and what to ship after human review.
• Familiarity with outbound campaigns and tracking, plus reporting on performance.
• Excellent written communication—plain, direct, specific.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive mindset.
• Highly resourceful, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and deliver insightful analyses of new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Map how work moves through Nava for GTM activities and identify bottlenecks.
• Design/build lightweight workflows and automations; involve Engineering when needed.
• Maintain documentation for GTM processes and tools.
• Participate in growth meetings; raise risks or gaps with informed questions.
• Review bid/no-bid memos and opportunity assessments; provide input grounded in data.
• Connect GTM activity back to Business Development needs, not in isolation.
• Launch/manage outbound campaigns (email/LinkedIn) to government clients.
• Set up and maintain campaign tracking; report results against goals.
• Keep Salesforce and other tools data clean and visible for leadership.
• Use AI tools to prototype workflows, speed research, with human review at steps.
• Bring a critical eye to AI-generated output to avoid polished-but-empty work.
• Coordinate with Delivery/Solutions on enablement materials.
