Job summary

SalesCaptain is hiring a GTM Engineer to own and architect outbound revenue infrastructure. This remote, hands-on role sits at the intersection of data, automation, AI, and outbound strategy, building scalable automated systems for ICPs and campaigns.

You will design Clay workflows, enrich data, and enable hyper-personalized outreach at scale, partnering with GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers across EU hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building outbound or revenue systems in B2B SaaS or agencies.
• Clay power user with AI-enabled workflows and complex CLAY workflows.
• Automation-first mindset; automate manual processes.
• APIs, webhooks, JSON familiarity; Python/JS snippets when needed.
• Strong ICP understanding and outbound performance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP to reporting.
• Build advanced Clay workflows including enrichment waterfalls and AI columns.
• Design signal-based triggers using job changes, funding rounds and more.
• Create multi-channel automations with no-code tools connected to CRM.
• Leverage AI to craft hyper-personalized outreach at scale.
• Write lightweight scripts or APIs when no-code isn't enough.
• Brief outbound strategists on new workflows and signals.
• Keep up with tooling to adopt new data and AI capabilities.
