Capsule is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst Contractor to enhance the systems underlying our go-to-market strategy. This position blends marketing ops, sales ops, and GTM engineering, focusing on AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of relevant experience, especially with HubSpot and Claude Code. Responsibilities include managing HubSpot, building automated workflows, and partnering with the VP of Ops. A strong bias toward action and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing ops, sales ops, RevOps, or GTM engineering.
• HubSpot admin experience with lifecycle, scoring, attribution, debugging workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI tooling.
• Experience with event tracking in Amplitude or similar tools.
• Comfortable with modern GTM tools and integrations.
• SQL proficiency to pull data; Python or JS for scripting.

Responsibilities

• Run HubSpot, managing properties, workflows, and lifecycle.
• Contribute to marketing ops and enforce MQL-to-SQL quality.
• Build and operate AI workflows with Claude Code.
• Collaborate with VP of Ops for Sales and Demand Gen support.
