• A track record of work that moved a pipeline or conversion metric, with the ability to explain how

Responsibilities

• GTM instrumentation and improvement: review funnel performance with sales, marketing and CS
• Systems ownership and governance: own Salesforce and HubSpot as systems of record and GTM stack
• Pipeline and revenue intelligence: build reporting that shows what moves the numbers and surface leaks
• Cross-functional enablement: partner with sales, marketing and CS to improve how pipeline is generated and converted
• Coordinate with RevOps on shared systems and standards
