Nava Public Benefit Corp is seeking a Go-to-Market Analyst to connect Business Development, Delivery, Comms, and Solutions. You will design lightweight workflows, run outbound campaigns, and use AI tools with human review to speed research and drafting.

You will participate in growth discussions, analyze market data, and help align GTM activities with actual business needs. This is a remote-friendly, United States-based role with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in a GTM, RevOps, or business development analytics role.
• Experience designing workflows to connect tools or teams (e.g., Zapier, Salesforce automation, or similar).
• Clear judgment about AI-assisted work and what to ship after human review.
• Familiarity with outbound campaign execution and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Map how work moves through Nava for GTM activities and identify breakages.
• Design and build lightweight workflows and automations to close gaps.
• Maintain documentation for GTM processes and tools.
