Zusammenfassung

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Analyst to connect Business Development, Delivery, Comms, and Solutions so GTM work moves smoothly across the organization.

You’ll design lightweight workflows and automations and use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and prototyping with human review. You’ll work in a remote-friendly environment, contributing to pipeline decisions and ensuring GTM activities align with Business Development needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in a GTM, growth/RevOps, or business development analyst role, including direct experience in government contracting space.
• Demonstrated experience designing or building workflows/light automations (e.g., Zapier, Salesforce automation).
• Clear judgment about AI-assisted work and what to ship after human review.
• Familiarity with outbound campaign execution and tracking, plus performance reporting.
• Excellent written communication, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive mindset; highly resourceful and detail-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Map how work moves through Nava for GTM tasks and identify bottlenecks.
• Design and build lightweight workflows and automations to close gaps between teams.
• Maintain documentation for GTM processes and tools.
• Participate in growth meetings and flag risks or gaps.
• Review bid/no-bid memos and provide input grounded in data.
• Connect GTM activity back to Business Development and Delivery needs.
• Build, launch, and manage outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn) to government clients.
• Set up and track campaign performance; report against goals.
• Keep campaign data clean and visible in Salesforce or other tools.
• Use AI tools to prototype workflows with human review at each step.
