Job summary

Cribl is seeking a hands-on GTM AI Product Manager to define, build, and scale AI-powered experiences that boost sales productivity and revenue execution. You’ll own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery, working directly with sellers and GTM leaders to translate CUJ/JTBD insights into tangible products.

You will move from discovery to prototype to launch, balancing technical depth with execution, and you will measure adoption and business impact across the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or revenue operations.
• Experience designing and shipping AI-driven workflows and integrations.
• Ability to translate seller workflows into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for GTM AI initiatives.
• Partner with sellers and GTM leaders to identify friction and productivity gains.
• Deliver AI-powered workflows that improve sales effectiveness and deal execution.
• Translate CUJ/JTBD insights into architecture and requirements.
• Own end-to-end discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcomes.
• Measure impact on seller productivity and revenue metrics.
