Job summary

Cribl, the AI platform for telemetry, is seeking a GTM AI Product Manager to define, build, and scale AI-powered experiences that boost sales productivity and accelerate revenue execution. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery, translating CUJ/JTBD insights into practical, scalable solutions that reduce admin work and increase customer engagement.

The role demands hands-on product management with strong technical depth and the ability to drive adoption and measurable business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Systems, or related function at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmap prioritization, requirements, launches, adoption, and success metrics for a business-critical product or platform.
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity through product management, AI, workflow automation, or systems integration, ideally within a B2B SaaS sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTM AI with GTM leaders, sellers, and technical stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end accountability for discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery with sellers and GTM stakeholders to understand needs and translate insights into requirements.
• Move ideas from concept to prototype to production with rapid experimentation and user feedback to achieve product-market fit.
