Job summary

Cribl is seeking a GTM AI Product Manager to define and scale AI-powered experiences that boost sales productivity and revenue execution. You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for GTM AI, partnering with sellers and GTM leaders to turn insights into actionable workflows.

You'll translate CUJ/JTBD findings into requirements, move ideas from concept to prototype to production, and measure adoption and business impact while ensuring a secure, scalable end-user experience across Cribl's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS context.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmap, launches, and success metrics for a business-critical product.
• Strong technical fluency across CRM, data models, integrations, APIs, workflow orchestration, automation platforms, and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the GTM AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap with GTM leaders, sellers, and stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcomes for GTM AI initiatives.
• Translate CUJ and JTBD insights into clear product requirements and scalable architectures.
• Lead discovery with sellers and stakeholders to validate problems and drive adoption and measurable business impact.
