Job summary

Cribl is seeking a GTM AI Product Manager to define, build, and scale AI-powered experiences that boost sales productivity and revenue execution. You’ll own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for GTM AI, turning CUJ/JTBD insights into practical requirements and measurable outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with sellers and GTM leaders to design workflows, integrate CRM and data systems, and drive adoption. This is a hands-on, strategic role in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to improve sales productivity through AI, automation, or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of CUJ and JTBD frameworks and applying them to seller workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the GTM AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcomes.
• Lead collaboration with sellers, GTM leaders, and technical stakeholders to translate insights into product requirements.
• Build AI-powered workflows with integrations across CRM and data systems.
