Cribl, a B2B SaaS data observability company, is hiring a GTM AI Product Manager to define, build, and scale AI-powered experiences that boost sales productivity and revenue execution. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery, partnering with sellers and GTM leaders to translate needs into practical products.

You will move from discovery to prototype to launch, applying CUJ and JTBD thinking to improve workflows, automate tasks, and measure business impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Systems, or related function in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmap prioritization, requirements, launches, adoption, and success metrics for a business-critical product.
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity through product management, AI, workflow automation, or systems integration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTM AI with GTM leaders, sellers, and technical stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end accountability for discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery with sellers to understand needs and translate insights into clear product requirements.
• Move ideas from concept to prototype to production using rapid experimentation and user feedback.
