Job summary

Zone & Co. seeks a GTM Engineering leader to architect the data, integrations, and automation powering its AI-enabled GTM stack.

You will own CRM integrations, enrichment data, and automation pipelines, turning concepts into production systems while guiding a growing team from manual prospecting to scalable engineering. Apply AI, LLMs, and agentic tooling to drive pipeline and efficiency, build governance around data quality and compliance, and mentor BDRs evolving into GTM engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building GTM automation and integrations personally, not solely directing others.
• Deep expertise in Clay or a comparable enrichment or workflow platform.
• Strong Salesforce experience, including data governance.
• Working proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript sufficient to build and fix workflows independently of engineering.
• Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau or Looker.
• Proven experience applying LLMs and agentic tooling to real revenue workflows.
• Understanding of sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) and multi-touch attribution.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, data quality, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into working systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zone & Co.'s GTM Engineering function and own the systems, data, integrations, and automation powering scalable pipeline generation.
• Architect the infrastructure behind the go-to-market engine, including data enrichment, GTM tool integrations, and automation for inbound/outbound motions.
• Develop BDRs into GTM engineers who can build, maintain, and improve the systems they rely on.
• Design with data quality, deliverability, compliance, reliability, and cost control from the start; enable rapid experimentation.
• Guide the team through governance, testing, and production-ready deployment.
• Mentor teammates across GTM who build their own agents and automations.
