Job summary

Riverside Insights is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the AI and automation layer behind our go-to-market organization. This hands-on IC role spans GTM, AI, and revenue operations, shipping agents, workflows, and integrations that reduce manual work for sales, marketing, customer success, and GTM Ops.

You will partner with Revenue Analytics, Systems & RevTech, Deal Operations, and Global Operations to identify high-leverage opportunities, ship in short sprints, and measure hours saved and

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM systems roles with hands-on automation experience.
• Proven track record shipping AI/LLM-powered workflows or agents with at least one iPaaS tool.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, scripting (Python/JavaScript), REST APIs and data enrichment tools.

Responsibilities

• Find and map manual workflows and deliver a prioritized automation backlog.
• Design, build, and maintain production automations using HubSpot, APIs, and agent tooling.
• Enrich district and school data in CRM and route buying signals to the right rep.
• Deploy AI assistants for account research, call prep, CRM notes, and renewal risk alerts.
• Automate lead routing, CRM data hygiene, quotes, orders, and forecast prep.
• Document every build and measure hours saved, adoption, and pipeline impact.
• Coach teammates to use AI and build simple automations with a shared library.
