New Relic, Inc. is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help build the AI-powered Revenue Velocity engine. You’ll enable Sales, Expansion, and PLG teams by turning product signals into automated actions and integrating a cohesive GTM stack.

You’ll design and maintain opportunity management, forecasting, data hygiene, and workflow automation with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts is essential to scale and improve deal velocity.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
• Built or supported systems powering sales pipelines and post-sale processes.
• Hands-on experience building automations via webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.
• Proven experience designing and executing marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to solve problems.
• Curiosity, hands-on experimentation, and strong analytical skills.
• Deep familiarity with GTM platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, Clay.
• Proficiency in SQL for insights.
• Experience maintaining data integrity across sales/marketing platforms.
• Passion for applying AI to automate workflows.
