Job summary

New Relic is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help build the AI-powered Revenue Velocity engine, turning product signals into automated sales actions and reducing friction across SLG, Expansion, and PLG teams.

You will design and deploy AI-native automation, connect GTM tools, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts to scale our GTM stack while keeping speed and quality in balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
• Built or supported systems powering sales pipelines, post-sale processes, and lifecycle ops.
• Hands-on experience building automations using webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.
• Proven experience designing and executing marketing campaigns, personalized outreach, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to translate problems into clean designs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Identify gaps and edge cases to keep the funnel moving smoothly and intelligently.
• Deploy automations that surface next-best actions and trigger timely follow-ups to increase deal velocity.
• Perform data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records ensuring accuracy.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot GTM workflows to minimize operational drag.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into solutions.
• Integrate disparate GTM tools to evolve a cohesive stack as we scale.
• Turn high-level GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows with speed and quality.
