Job summary

New Relic is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to contribute to the Revenue Velocity engine, building AI-powered infrastructure that enables Sales, Expansion, and PLG teams to focus on high-value selling. You will help convert product signals into automated sales actions and improve deal velocity with AI-native automation.

Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining GTM systems for revenue operations.
• Experience designing marketing campaigns, outreach, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems powering opportunity management, handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Spot gaps, solve edge cases, and ensure the funnel from first meeting to renewal runs smoothly.
• Deploy automations that surface next-best actions and improve deal velocity using Clay, Boomi, Claude and Gemini.
• Perform data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records to ensure data accuracy.
