New Relic, Inc. is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help power the Revenue Velocity engine and build AI-driven infrastructure that accelerates sales for SLG, Expansion, and PLG teams. You will craft and maintain opportunity management, forecasting, and post-sale workflows, turning product signals into automated actions.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts to translate needs into scalable solutions, continuously evolving the GTM stack while balancing speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture.
• Hands-on automation with webhooks, APIs, or low-code tooling.
• Proven ability to design and execute marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain opportunity management, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Spot gaps, solve edge cases, and optimize the funnel from start to renewal.
• Deploy AI automations to surface next-best actions and boost deal velocity.
• Hygienize and enrich CRM data for accuracy and completeness.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing.
• Connect disparate GTM tools into a cohesive, scalable stack.
• Translate high-level GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows.
