New Relic is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help power Revenue Velocity by turning product signals into automated sales actions and AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Expansion to build, test, and monitor AI-native automations across the GTM stack, integrating tools like Clay, Boomi, Claude, and Gemini.

The role emphasizes data quality, scalable processes, and measurable impact on deal velocity and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

• Systems & Automations: Build and maintain systems powering opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps and ensure the funnel runs smoothly from first meeting to renewal.
• AI-Native Automation: Deploy automations that surface next-best actions and improve deal velocity using Clay, Boomi, Claude and Gemini.
• Data Hygiene & Enrichment: Perform routine data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records ensuring accuracy.
• Workflow Testing & Monitoring: Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows to minimize drag.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Stack Evolution: Connect GTM tools into a cohesive stack and scale.
• Execution: Turn GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows balancing speed and quality.
