Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help build and optimize the Revenue Velocity engine. You’ll power opportunity management, forecasting, and post-sale workflows with automation and AI—partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Expansion to drive faster deal velocity.

You’ll deploy AI-enabled automations using tools like Clay, Boomi, Claude and Gemini, while ensuring data integrity across CRM systems and analytics. This role blends technical execution with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
• Built or supported systems powering sales pipelines and lifecycle ops.
• Hands-on automation using webhooks, APIs, or low-code tools.
• Experience designing marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
• Ability to translate operations needs into clean system design with technical partners.
• Curiosity, experimentation, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, Clay; SQL analytics.
• Data integrity across CRM/marketing platforms: validation, dedupe, hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain opportunity management, handoffs, forecasting, and post-sale workflows.
• Identify gaps and optimize the funnel from first meeting to renewal.
• Deploy AI-enabled automations to surface next-best actions and follow-ups.
• Enrich CRM data and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot GTM workflows to minimize drag.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into solutions.
• Connect GTM tools into a cohesive stack and improve it as we scale.
• Turn high-level GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows balancing speed and quality.
