New Relic, Inc. is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help build and optimize the Revenue Velocity engine.

You will automate opportunity management, forecasting, and post-sale workflows across Sales, Expansion, and PLG teams to drive faster deal velocity. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in GTM or revenue operations, experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and modern GTM tools, and a passion for applying AI to sales workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

• Systems & Automations: Build and maintain opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps, solve edge cases, and ensure the funnel from first meeting to renewal runs smoothly.
• AI-Native Automation: Deploy automations that surface next-best actions, trigger timely follow-ups, and improve deal velocity using Clay, Boomi, Claude and Gemini.
• Data Hygiene & Enrichment: Run data hygiene and enrichment across CRM Records for accuracy.
• Workflow Testing & Monitoring: Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows to minimize drag.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Stack Evolution: Connect GTM tools into a cohesive stack and improve as we scale.
• Execution: Turn GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows balancing speed and quality.
