BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to lead ABM programs and build AI-powered automations alongside US-based sales leaders. You will shape when to act using data-backed signals and multi-channel strategies that drive opportunities and revenue.

The role blends hands-on campaign execution with building scalable automation that informs sellers’ next steps, in a remote, globally connected environment.

Formación

• 2+ years running ABM programs in collaboration with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail).
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail with sales coordination.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Build and maintain data behind programs, including target accounts, buying committees, and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities, deals, expansions, revenue influence.
• Test and scale new channels and plays that move pipeline.
