Job summary

Honeywell International Inc is seeking a GTAC engineer to deliver remote support for the HPS System and Infrastructure portfolio. You will work with a global team to resolve customer cases, perform audits, and provide timely updates while maintaining strong documentation and knowledge sharing.

You may visit customer sites for critical investigations and will interact with Honeywell Developers to address issues. A 6+ year background in TPS/TPN is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics, chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
• 6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN product family and related architecture including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote support and services effectively.
• Execute GTAC and standard audit checklists.
• Report to regional stakeholders and manage customer questions within SLA.
• Maintain thorough case documentation and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate with Honeywell Developers to resolve issues and report defects.
