Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a GTAC engineer to deliver remote support for the HPS System and Infrastructure line of business. You will work in a global team, interacting with customers and peers, with occasional site visits for critical investigations.

The role requires an engineering degree in electronics or process technologies and 6+ years of experience with TPS/TPN, including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000. A remote work schedule is supported.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics, chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
• 6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN product family and related architecture including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote support and services remotely and effectively.
• Execute GTAC and standard audit checklists.
• Report to regional stakeholders.
• Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input within SLA.
• Comply with GSM documentation and customer communication processes.
• Maintain strong case documentation and ensure technical recommendations resolve customer issues.
• Respond to high volume inquiries efficiently while meeting SLA.
• Maintain proactive communications with customers and provide frequent updates.
• Collaborate with Honeywell developers to resolve customer issues.
