Job summary

Mindful Souls is seeking a Growth Specialist to accelerate subscription growth across US, Canada, EU/UK and Australia. This fully remote role focuses on acquiring new customers, reducing churn, and increasing LTV through conversion optimisation, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with product, marketing and sales teams in a fast-paced environment, where autonomy, creativity and results matter and where flexible schedules support remote work worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of subscription sales in a D2C company.
• Experience spotting bottlenecks and improving conversion in marketing funnels.
• Track record elevating growth with metrics like MRR, ROI, CLTV and AOV.
• Proven analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in CRO, growth marketing, or performance optimisation.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Effective communication to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall revenue growth.
• Develop and execute a conversion optimisation roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Establish strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value.
• Test and establish new offers and bundling options to maximise revenue and customer value.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to optimise the conversion funnel, from lead generation to customer retention.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and other touchpoints.
• Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing customers to increase average order value and repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with data analysts to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of key metrics.
