Job summary

HeySunday, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand, is seeking a Growth Generalist who will own the growth engine from strategy to execution. This role anchors the data-driven, experiment-first approach at the center of our business, collaborating closely with the GM to push high-impact initiatives.

You will drive SKU expansion, improve retention for a subscription model, and build non-paid channels, while using AI and automation to accelerate cycle times.

Qualifications

• 6+ years driving growth in DTC or e-commerce across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to turn ideas into tested, data-driven actions.
• Fluency with LTV, retention, and subscription economics.

Responsibilities

• Own growth roadmap across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Lead SKU expansion end-to-end and bring new products to market.
• Drive retention and lifecycle growth for subscription business.
• Build non-paid channels: affiliate, partnerships, brand, and referral.
• Set paid acquisition strategy and run rapid tests.
• Run a high-cadence testing program and derive insights.
• Build growth model and reporting layer.
• Ship landing pages, creative, and funnel changes quickly.
• Leverage AI and automation to shorten cycles.
• Codify successful plays into reusable playbooks.
• Provide clear updates on results and blockers.
