Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on growth marketing or performance campaigns.
• Proven track record delivering measurable results in fast-paced settings.
• Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and email
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to build assets that convert
• Analyze funnel performance and run A/B tests to optimize ROI and CPL
• Own campaign reporting, attribution models, and performance metrics
• Develop customer segmentation strategies and personalized outreach flows
• Stay ahead of growth trends, tools, and emerging channels to experiment with
