Job summary

Allied Technology Services is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the end-to-end growth funnel for a B2C subscriptions and marketplace product. This remote role requires English and Spanish and pays in USD as a full-time contractor.

You will drive awareness, traffic, conversions, retention and re-engagement, while scaling paid media and organic channels. You’ll work directly with product, engineering and the CEO to optimize CAC, LTV and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth engineering, growth marketing or a technical growth role.
• Hands-on coding with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS and SQL.
• Experience running AB tests and data-driven growth experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own growth from acquisition through subscription and retention.
• Grow both sides of a two-sided marketplace and optimize advertiser revenue.
• Build and launch landing-page, onboarding, pricing, checkout and lifecycle tests.
• Scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Drive organic growth via SEO and high-intent content.
• Build lifecycle campaigns via email, SMS and in-app channels.
• Own analytics, attribution and growth dashboards.
