Job summary

Assist World in the United States seeks a generalist to unite operations and marketing across tools. This 100% remote role starts by turning disjointed workflows into a smooth system and building the customer journey from first contact to purchase with clean data at every step.

You’ll handle admin tasks, Canva design, labeling, supplier research, and email triage, with marketing automation and social scheduling. Later phases may add AI-assisted workflows and agent deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting e‑commerce, retail, or food service operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, or n8n) and AI tools.
• Strong Canva skills; Adobe Express is a plus.
• Graphic and print design ability is desirable and valued.
• Please share a design portfolio with your application.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo; Mailchimp experience welcome.
• Comfortable using social media scheduling tools such as Buffer.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to turn work into clear, actionable reports.

Responsibilities

• Build out the customer journey and funnel from lead to purchase, collaborating with the founder on funnel and lead magnet design.
• Ensure customer and lead data is captured accurately at every stage.
• Identify gaps across current systems and workflows and implement structure as the business grows.
• Set up and manage the marketing suite, including email marketing, social scheduling and posting, and responding to reviews and inquiries.
• Triage the business email inbox and organize it for efficient handling.
• Develop organized and effective email management systems.
• Create labels and marketing materials in Canva, with training on labeling software.
• Prepare print‑ready assets for founder approval and manage print procurement.
