Scale AI, Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiter to scale our talent for high-volume roles. You will source, screen, and guide candidates through the interview process, partnering with growth recruiters and cross-functional leaders to understand Scale's needs and deliver on them.

In this role you will champion our employer brand, provide white-glove service to applicants, and represent Scale at onsite growth recruiting events. Remote-friendly with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
• Experience sourcing candidates and filling high-volume roles.
• Experience acting as the primary candidate liaison, delivering white-glove service through timely updates and personalized support throughout the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire quality candidates for high volume positions to meet hiring and activation goals.
• Review applications and screen candidates.
• Support candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with growth recruiters, ops leads and cross-functional leaders to devise and execute recruiting strategy needed to deliver on them.
• Follow and manage processes that will evolve over time as the company grows.
• Represent and champion the brand, promoting its value proposition to candidates and driving engagement.
• Represent Scale at onsite growth recruiting events.
