Scale is hiring a recruiter for a remote, high-volume sourcing role in the United States. You will source and acquire quality candidates, review applications, and support candidates throughout the interview process.

You will collaborate with growth recruiters, ops leads and cross-functional leaders to tailor and execute a hiring strategy that meets Scale’s business needs. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in fast-paced recruiting, strong written and verbal communication, and experience filling

• Experience filling high-volume roles and sourcing effectively.
• Experience acting as primary candidate liaison with timely updates.
