Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source and acquire quality candidates for high-volume roles and guide them through the interview process. You will review applications, screen candidates, and manage ongoing candidate communications, ensuring a white-glove experience.

You'll partner with growth recruiters, operations leads, and cross-functional leaders to align recruiting strategies with Scale’s business needs, and you may participate in onsite growth recruiting events as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Experience sourcing candidates and filling high volume roles.
• Experience acting as the primary candidate liaison, delivering white-glove service through timely updates and personalized support throughout the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire quality candidates for high volume positions to meet hiring and activation goals.
• Review applications and screen candidates.
• Support candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with growth recruiters, ops leads and cross-functional leaders to devise and execute on recruiting strategy.
• Follow and manage processes that will evolve as the company grows.
• Represent and champion the brand, promoting its value proposition to candidates and driving engagement.
• Represent Scale at onsite growth recruiting events.
