Job summary

SmartScale360 is hiring a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support our U.S.-based clients from a remote Philippines location. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals; screen resumes; coordinate interviews; and build pipelines using ATS/CRM platforms. Strong English communication is required, with at least 1 year in recruitment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/Staffing/HR or Candidate Sourcing
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, managers, and clients
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS/CRM
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Communicate with candidates to provide an excellent experience
• Track recruitment metrics and sourcing performance
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies
