Job summary

Circana in the United States is seeking a highly skilled, consultative high-volume recruiter who can source and attract top talent across multiple roles. This is an individual contributor position focused on sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through a fast-paced hiring process.

You will partner with field managers and HR, develop sourcing strategies, ensure ATS data integrity, and drive process improvements. Remote work is supported, with salary range disclosed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, specifically aligned to high-volume recruiting.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and field managers.
• Excellent project management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand business functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field managers to understand hiring needs for every role and meet competitive hiring goals.
• Manage recruitment while developing strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key positions.
• Utilize traditional and advanced sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean search tactics.
• Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Own the strategy to lead recruiting discussions with field managers and HR.
• Develop an effective interview and sourcing strategy.
• Keep data integrity top of mind and ensure the ATS is always updated.
• Lead and/or participate in special projects that support continuous business process improvement.
