Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Growth, Recruiting or RecOps at a scaling company.
• Extensive Greenhouse Site Admin experience and ad hoc reporting.
• Strong GSuite skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end growth program including campaigns, applications, hiring and onboarding.
• Represent brand, promote value to candidates, improve processes and pipelines.
• Own reporting and analytics; keep hiring data clean.
• Be SME for recruiting systems and provide training.
• Work from the SF office with occasional travel for onsite events.
