Jerry.ai is seeking a Director, Business Operations (Business Development) to drive growth of our partner ecosystem. You’ll shape partnership strategy and identify high‑value collaborations that align with our long‑term vision.

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you’ll collaborate with product, operations, data, and sales to craft and execute plans that deliver measurable outcomes and scalable opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with attention to detail.
• Go-getter with strong work ethic, eager to learn and contribute in a high-growth company.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to analyze situations and act on insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships as the go-to person for collaboration.
• Drive strategic growth by developing and executing structured plans and OKRs.
• Optimize performance by analyzing data to improve KPIs.
