Job summary

mPulse, a leader in conversational AI for healthcare, seeks a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing tech, automate outreach, and deliver performance insights. You will own systems across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper, ensuring data flows from first touch through sales, retention, and advocacy.

This role reports to the Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations Manager and requires strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data independently and explain findings in writing.
• High proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRMs, including workflows and integrations.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to achieve pipeline goals.
• 4+ years in marketing operations or similar platform ownership role.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience including attribution and mapping.
• Experience with enterprise marketing platforms and data hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts and data modeling or quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync errors.
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Develop campaigns across the marketing automation platform and CRM; manage lists and assets.
• Create marketing emails, forms, and landing pages; validate assets and manage delivery.
• Build and maintain marketing reporting dashboards and validate accuracy.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance and deliver written recommendations.
• Support attribution, funnel reporting, and governance from first touch through pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales on list quality, campaign readiness, and handoffs.
• Support platform migrations, documentation, data prep, and testing.
• Administer marketing tech stack, field mappings, and data flows.
• Document processes and identify efficiency improvements.
