Job summary

mPulse is a leader in conversational AI for healthcare, seeking a Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing technology, automate outreach, and deliver performance insights. You will own workflows, data integrity, and reporting across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations.

You’ll drive lifecycle programs, lead routing, and dashboard development while ensuring accuracy and governance across the funnel.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data independently across systems and explain findings in writing
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems and their integrations
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, large data manipulation)
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to hit pipeline goals
• 4+ years in marketing operations or similar, with hands-on platform ownership
• 2+ years Salesforce experience including attribution, reporting, and lead mapping
• Experience supporting platform migrations or CDP implementations
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Next, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, RingLead
• Salesforce certification
• Experience with account-based marketing programs

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot issues
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes
• Maintain CRM data quality and integrity across teams
• Create and manage campaigns within marketing platforms and CRM
• Quality-check emails, forms, and landing pages and manage list processing
• Develop marketing dashboards and ensure reporting accuracy
• Provide campaign performance analyses and recommendations in writing
• Support attribution and funnel reporting from first touch to pipeline
• Collaborate with Sales Development on lead handoff and campaign readiness
• Assist with platform migrations and data preparation/testing
• Document processes and optimize efficiency across marketing tech stack
