Job summary

mPulse, a leader in conversational AI for healthcare, seeks a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing technology, automate outreach, and deliver actionable insights across the funnel.

You will own systems and processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper, ensuring data flows from first touch to advocacy, with strong reporting and governance to influence pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data independently and explain findings in writing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync errors.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows and lead routing.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Create and manage campaigns across marketing automation platform and CRM.
• Build and quality-check marketing emails, forms, and landing pages; manage list processing.
• Build and maintain marketing reporting and dashboards.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance and deliver written recaps with findings and recommendations.
• Support attribution and funnel reporting across first touch to pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Sales Operations on data quality and reporting.
• Support marketing operations projects and platform migrations with documentation and testing.
• Administer marketing tech stack and integrations, including field mappings and sync rules.
• Maintain documented operational processes and identify efficiency improvements.
