Job summary

Jersey Watch is seeking an experienced sales professional to become our Customer Growth Lead. You will own the front lines of new customer acquisition, manage the funnel from discovery to close, and partner with Customer Care for successful onboarding.

You’ll be the first sales member, enjoy autonomy, and help shape our sales playbook while growing with a remote-first team across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working in sales and the ability to hit the ground running within the first months.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound sales: handle trial signups, demo requests, and inquiries.
• Run discovery calls with potential customers and close deals.
• Develop relationships with U.S. and Canada-based organizations.
• Lead outbound campaigns and build new customer opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure smooth onboarding.
